Preparation of quality skin care products is a sophisticated technology, which not only involves the
techniques for proper formulation and much more importantly also requires a deep understanding of
sciences for skin biology and pharmacological effects of chemicals. Scientific studies have demonstrated that retinoids (vitamin A derivatives) are among the few
active ingredients that can truly reverse skin damage.
Having sufficient amount of vitamin A in the skin tissue
is critical in repairing skin damage. Simply taking
vitamin A orally will not meet the skin demand.
Formulation of skin products with retinoids has been
particularly difficult as most retinoids are not stable and
can not be easily absorbed by skin. Of the currently
marketed topical retinoid products, the truly effective
ones are associated with significant irritation while the
less-irritating ones are quite ineffective.
Our extensive experience with skin biology research and skin care technology has provided us with
the opportunity for developing and producing some superior cosmetic products. Retinol is the
purest and most active form of vitamin A. When applied topically, it can be efficiently absorbed
by skin cells and helps reduce appearance of wrinkles by promoting self-renewal of skin cells and
increasing the production of collagen and elastin. However, it is very hard to
handle and identify a good source of retinol due to its high instability. Through extensive study, we have now succeeded
in producing a very effective anti-wrinkle product (Avitts). This product uses unique advanced
formulation techniques to maximize stability and absorption of the effective components.
Antioxidants and vitamin E and C are also a must for the skin anti-wrinkle/age products and are
also emulsified in the product. With retinol and the antioxidants working together, Avitts is highly
effective in smoothing wrinkles, increasing moisture and elasticity, and repairing skin damage.
